退还学生帐户上的超额付款
如果经济援助超过评估费用, refund checks will be available in the 业务办公室 within 14 days after the financial aid disbursement. 学生接机时将收到电子邮件通知，并出示学生证. 如果在收到退款通知后的21天内没有收到退款支票, 退款支票将邮寄到学生的永久家庭住址.
Refund checks will be mailed to the student’s permanent home address if a Federal Plus loan was part of the student’s financial aid package.

A student is considered in attendance and is responsible for any tuition balances due until they have formally notified the College in person of their withdrawal. Refunds are made to the student on the basis of the date they have formally notified the College of their withdrawal. Students who formally withdraw from the College before the official start of the semester will not be liable for tuition or fees.
院校退款政策

Charges are pro-rated on a weekly basis from the first scheduled class period until actual withdrawal. Withdrawals made any time during the week are pro-rated to the Monday following the week of withdrawal. 一周的任何部分都按整周收费.

第四章资金返还政策
This policy applies to students who officially or unofficially withdraw from the College during an academic semester and have Title IV federal financial aid funds as part of their financial aid package. “官方”和“非官方”撤资的定义, 见YHC目录的学术部分. 减少课程负担
A reduction in credit hours at any time during the semester may cause a reduction in financial aid, 哪一个, 反过来, 是否会导致学生欠学院的欠款. Disbursed aid might be reduced if an adjusted cost of attendance results in an aid award that exceeds financial need and/or cost of attendance for the term.
